Easy Returns

Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

A return fee of ₹300 per order is applicable to cover both forward and reverse courier charges.

We kindly request that only unused items be returned.

Refunds will be processed in the original mode of payment.

Once the returned pieces are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 10 working days.
Please note the following exclusions from our return policy

Items that have been used, are not returned in their original condition, or show signs of improper handling (including incorrect folding) are not eligible for a refund.

Items returned without their complete original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Orders placed by manufacturers or traders with the intention of replicating our designs or products are not eligible for a refund.

The responsibility of ensuring that the correct original piece is returned to us rests with the customer. In the event that a different or incorrect item is received, the return will not be accepted and the refund will be denied. To ensure this customers are encouraged to share a photo of the piece being returned along with a photo of the return courier agent during the time of pickup collection.

International orders are not eligible for returns. Due to logistical constraints—including challenges in arranging return pickups and the involvement of reverse duties and import taxes—international shipments cannot be returned.
- Any items bought offline directly at our stores are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Cancellation
Please write to us or call us immediately if you have placed an order by mistake. An order which is not dispatched can certainly by stopped and if payment is made, refunded to you without any hassle!
Please note this does not apply to international orders. International orders once shipped cannot be stopped or cancelled.
